Dos amigos is a cheerfully somewhat authentic Mexican casual restaurant.  I would say they’re fairly authentic and definitely know what they’re doing with Mexican food, so I imagine it must be difficult to do that in a place by Castle rock and I can confidently say that they offer gringo – approved choices, like crispy tacos as well.  Great prices on the lunch special and super inexpensive breakfast burritos on the go to.  Glad to have them here to make up for some of the overpriced places we’ve got.

Came for lunch and I got breakfast! My burrito was so good but I was disappointed because I ordered sausage and didn't even see sausage until I was 1/3 of the way and it was a 1/2 of a link. I feel like if I'm paying $1 more I should get sausage throughout the burrito not mostly egg and potato and a link. Hubby got asada burrito and it was good. Loved the green chili it was so good, it's not spicy for those who don't like a lot of spice.
